NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety - IGC1 Exam
Duration: 4 - 5 hours (Students are given a 24 hour window to complete the exam) This exam is for NEBOSH International General Certificate in OHS 2014 syllabus. NEBOSH is now assessing this qualification through an “open book” examining process. The open book exam process is run on a 24-hour window (to allow all countries to participate). This provides you with more than a full working day to complete the exam (which is expected to take around 4-5 hours).

NEBOSH is now assessing this qualification through an “open book” examining process. The open book exam process is run on a 24-hour window (to allow all countries to participate). This provides you with more than a full working day to complete the exam (which is expected to take around 4-5 hours).

Please note Units IGC1, GC2 and GC3 have been superseded by Units IG1 and IG2. For exam resits, please notify us by email that you wish to resit either or both of IGC1 or GC2 units. For GC3 resubmissions please notify us by email you are wishing to re-submit for GC3. We require at least 35 days notice for old unit resits or resubmissions. The transitional period is until 21st July 2023.
