This ICAM Awareness course will help you understand and apply the ICAM (Incident Cause Analysis Method) root cause investigation methodology. This course will build the first responder’s understanding thus increasing the effectiveness of the investigation outcomes.
While line managers and supervisors may not be involved in carrying out the investigation, they still need a clear understanding of the process and their obligations in terms of securing the scene, providing evidence as required, and understanding corrective actions.
